Wheels and pedals

Shipping
This item ships within the US from a domestic warehouse, typically dispatched within 2 business days when in stock, then ground transit of about 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. The exact shipping rate is shown at checkout. Domestic shipping means no import duties or fees. Items marked pre-order usually restock within 30 days.
Returns
Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with a return authorization. Contact us first. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for both the original outbound shipping and the return shipping.
Warranty
Warranty claims start with a support ticket to the manufacturer, and we will point you to the right channel, then we coordinate repair or replacement on your behalf. SIMAGIC covers wheelbases and select items for 2 years. Most other products carry about 1 year. See our Return and Refund Policy.
