PAYMENT POLICY

At Sim Drive Performance, we offer a variety of secure payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Pay over time: Shop Pay Installments, provided by Affirm, splits your purchase into installments or monthly payments, if approved

Cash, checks, money orders, or any other forms of payment are not accepted.

Payment Processing

When you place your order, your payment is authorized. The charge is completed once we confirm and process your order. We use Shopify Payments and other secure payment processing services with industry-standard encryption to ensure that your financial information is safe and secure.

For Shop Pay Installments, you choose your plan in Shop Pay's secure checkout. Available plans are shown at checkout based on your cart total. Approval is subject to the provider's terms and conditions.

Rates from 0-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers: affirm.com/licenses.

Order Processing

After you place an order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided. We will process the order within 1-2 business days and prepare it for shipment. Standard orders have an estimated delivery time of 5-14 business days. DOF Reality orders (motion platforms and accessories) ship insured from our European manufacturing partner: they typically ship within 3 weeks of your order and arrive about 4-6 weeks from your order. Security

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
