Payment Processing
Your credit/debit card or payment account will be charged at the time you place your order. We use Shopify Payments and other secure payment processing services with industry-standard encryption to ensure that your financial information is safe and secure.
For Buy Now, Pay Later options through Affirm or Klarna, you will be redirected to the respective provider's secure checkout to complete your payment plan selection. Approval is subject to the provider's terms and conditions.
Order Processing
After you place an order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided. We will process the order within 1-2 business days and prepare it for shipment. Standard orders have an estimated delivery time of 5-14 business days. Freight and oversized items may take 2-4 weeks.
