SHIPPING POLICY
At Sim Drive Performance, all orders are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor. We work with trusted partners to ensure your sim racing equipment arrives safely and efficiently.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means your order has been received in our system and we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. Once your order is confirmed, we will send it to our fulfillment partner for processing.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order status at any time by using the tracking number provided or by contacting us at tim@simdriveperformance.com or (952) 649-5710.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by product type:
- Standard items (pedals, accessories, steering wheels): 5-14 business days
- Large freight items (full sim rigs, cockpits, motion simulators): 2-4 weeks due to LTL/freight shipping requirements
- Custom/made-to-order items: Lead times vary by manufacturer - see individual product pages for estimates
Shipping Options
Depending on the size and weight of your order, different shipping methods may apply:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Available for smaller items. Delivered to your door via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- Curbside Delivery: For larger freight items. The carrier will deliver the item to the curb at your address. You are responsible for bringing it inside.
- Threshold Delivery: Available on select items. The carrier will deliver the item to the first dry area inside your home (garage, front door threshold).
- White Glove Delivery: Available on select premium items. Includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, and debris removal. Contact us for availability.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over $500. Virtually all sim racing products qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping upgrades are available at additional cost.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may incur additional fees.
Damages & Issues
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please take photos of both the item and the packaging and contact us within 48 hours at tim@simdriveperformance.com or (952) 649-5710. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and coordinate pickup of the damaged item.
Order Delays
Order delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturer backorders, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control. While we understand this can be frustrating, we ask for your patience and understanding. We will keep you updated on any delays affecting your order.
