RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations & Refunds: At Sim Drive Performance, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach us during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST) at (952) 649-5710 or email tim@simdriveperformance.com any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Custom sim racing rigs, custom-built motion simulators, and similar bespoke equipment fall under this policy.

These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unused condition in original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. For defective items or items that arrive damaged, we cover return shipping.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship from our manufacturer. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies and customer is responsible for return freight.

High-value items over $5,000 may require inspection before refund is issued.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Shipping Times
All Sim Drive Performance orders ship factory-direct from the manufacturer. Lead times vary by product:

Standard items (accessories, smaller parts): 1-2 business days to dispatch, 5-14 business days to deliver.
Motion simulators and full sim rigs: typically 2-4 weeks end-to-end, as units are built and quality-checked before shipment from the factory.

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Sim Drive Performance's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Damaged Shipments
If an item shows up damaged due to shipping, please take pictures of both the item and the box/packaging and contact us within 48 hours so that we may send a replacement or issue a refund. We will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up at no cost to you.

Chargebacks
In the case of a chargeback or dispute, we have the right to cancel your order immediately. Any items in transit will be rerouted back. Any items delivered will need to be sent back, at your expense, in order for the dispute to be settled.

Warranty
You, as the customer, are responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All of our products have guaranteed manufacturer warranty coverage — meaning that you will get a fully functional, operating product without any extra expenses incurred on your end. Please see individual product pages for warranty details specific to each product.

All customers agree that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions above.

Individual product return/exchange policies will supersede the policy above.
