Shipping
Every order ships factory-direct from the manufacturer via insured air freight (FedEx or DHL). Estimated delivery for this product: see our Shipping Policy for current lead times. Shipping shown at checkout reflects the actual factory-to-door freight for your items — no markup.
We currently ship to US addresses at launch. Outside the US? Contact us for a freight quote — we're happy to arrange international delivery case by case.
Import Duties & Tariffs
Because orders ship internationally from the manufacturer, import duties/tariffs (typically $214–$500 on motion platforms, less on accessories) are billed separately by the carrier at delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. They are never charged at checkout — the carrier contacts you directly before delivery, so there's nothing extra to do when you order. Want a precise estimate for your address? Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
