Import Duties & Taxes
DOF Reality orders ship internationally from the factory. Depending on your country, the carrier may bill import processing fees separately at delivery - they are never charged at checkout, and there are no hidden charges from us. Returns & Warranty
DOF Reality platforms are built to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once your order is placed with the factory - you are covered instead by the full 1-year manufacturer warranty (optional +1 year available), with Sim Drive Performance as your first point of contact.
