Parts made for the DOF Reality line. Tick what you want and it ships on the same order. Hover a part to see what it does.

Seats

The part you sit in. It bolts to the seat rails on the frame, and on most rigs the position slides back and forth to suit your height.

  • A one-piece racing seat that bolts to the rig frame where the driver sits.

    $469.00In stock

  • A racing seat with side adjustment levers and openings for five- or six-point belts.

    $549.00In stock

  • A racing seat shaped for tighter cockpits that can bolt from underneath or at the sides.

    $596.00In stock

Monitors

Holds the screen at racing distance. A cockpit-mounted arm bolts to the rig so the screen and the seat move together. A freestanding stand sits on the floor by itself and carries heavier or triple-screen setups.

  • Holds a VESA monitor on the rig so the screen moves with you instead of staying still.

    $120.00In stock

Wheels and pedals

The controls themselves. The wheelbase bolts to the deck at the front of the rig, the pedals to the pedal plate down below.

  • A plate that lets you unclip the pedals from the rig without tools when you need the space.

    $100.00In stock

Motion and haptics

Physical feedback. Shakers bolt to the seat or the frame and vibrate with the road surface, the kerbs and the engine, so you feel the car as well as see it.

  • A bracket that holds a bass shaker on the rig so you feel rumble through the frame.

    $31.00In stock

  • A box that takes motion data from PlayStation or Xbox games so the platform moves with them.

    $199.00In stock

  • Fans set in front of the seat that blow harder as your speed rises in the game.

    $359.00In stock

  • Shakers that fix to the seat and vibrate in time with the game so you feel the surface.

    $429.00In stock

  • DOF Reality Motion Upgrade Kit (Add Axes to Your Existing Rig)

    $1,073.00In stockChoose options

Extras

The things you notice later: casters so it rolls out of the way, a mat to protect the floor, covers, longer cables.

  • An emergency button wired for six-axis platforms that stops all motion the moment you hit it.

    $55.00In stock

  • A fabric cover you drape over the rig to keep dust off it between sessions.

    $55.00In stock

  • Gas struts that carry part of the six-axis frame's weight so it is easier to build and move.

    $75.00In stock

  • Longer motor and control cables so a six-axis rig can sit further from its control box.

    $75.00In stock

  • Larger casters for the heavier six-axis frame so the rig can be rolled rather than lifted.

    $240.00In stock

    About this product

The top of the Hero line, built for one thing: making your sim car feel real. Six axes — pitch, roll, yaw, heave, surge and sway — move the whole rig as one, so every apex, kerb and brake-lock loads into your body the way the track intended.

The DOF Reality H6 is a full six-axis motion platform that moves your entire rig — seat, wheel, pedals and shifter together — as a single object. That whole-platform approach is the difference between a chair that nudges your back and a cockpit that genuinely drives. When the front end pushes wide, you feel the weight transfer through your hands and your hips at the same time, exactly as the steering and the seat would tell you in a real car.

With pitch, roll, yaw, heave, surge and sway all working at once, the H6 gives you the full vocabulary of a racing lap. Pitch and surge sell braking and acceleration; roll and sway carry cornering load; yaw lets the rear step out so you can catch a slide before your eyes even react; heave delivers kerbs, crests and the road texture under power. On smooth Hero-line motors, it all arrives quiet and refined rather than buzzy.

At $6,999 the H6 sits at the summit of the Hero range — the most complete, most immersive platform DOF Reality builds before you step up to the faster, commercial-grade Pro tier. For a serious sim racer who wants every cue the simulator can produce, delivered smoothly, this is the one.

    How it moves

This is a full-platform rig: the seat and all your controls move together, so your hands and feet stay locked to the cockpit exactly as they would in the real thing.

    • Pitch — tilts you forward and back so you feel acceleration and braking.
    • Roll — tilts side to side so you feel the lean of every corner.
    • Yaw — rotates the platform to reproduce rear traction loss — oversteer, drift and coordinated turns.
    • Heave — drives the whole platform vertically for curbs, kerbs, bumps and (in the air) runway texture and turbulence.
    • Surge — slides you forward and back under hard acceleration and braking.
    • Sway — slides you left and right through fast direction changes.

    Who it’s for

The H6 is for the committed sim racer who has decided motion is non-negotiable and wants the complete picture — not a sampling of it. If you live in iRacing or Assetto Corsa Competizione, chase consistent lap times, and want every axis of feedback the sim can send, this is where the Hero line tops out.

    • Step down: If six axes is more than you need, the H4 ($3,999) keeps the full-platform Hero feel on four axes for a lower price, and the H3 ($2,999) is a strong, smooth entry into whole-rig motion.
    • Step up: If you want roughly 50% faster, stronger, commercial-grade motion with the same six axes, the Pro-tier P6e ($9,999) is the next rung — built for heavy use and the most aggressive feedback. The H6 gives you the complete Hero experience at a meaningfully lower entry point.

    Games, platforms & compatibility

The H6 reads telemetry directly from the games you already race, so the motion matches what the car is actually doing on track. It supports 60+ titles, including iRacing; Assetto Corsa, Competizione and EVO; Automobilista 1 & 2; Le Mans Ultimate; rFactor 2; RaceRoom; Gran Turismo 7 & Sport; the F1 22–25 series; Forza Motorsport and Horizon; Project CARS; BeamNG.drive; Dirt Rally 2.0; EA Sports WRC; GRID and Wreckfest.

    • PC (Windows): Fully supported across every title — the deepest, most plug-and-play experience.
    • Console (PlayStation/Xbox): Works for select games that send telemetry over the network, and the MagicBox adapter bridges motion for others.
    • VR: Supported via OpenVR Motion Compensation, so the cockpit stays locked to your view as the platform moves — Valve Index, Quest and Quest 2, Reverb G2, Vive, Pimax and more.

Because the H6 is a full platform, it carries your wheel base, pedals and shifter on the rig itself — check fitment for your hardware and footprint before you build. See our DOF support page for setup help and supported controls.

    Complete your rig

    • Wheel & pedals: MOZA R5 / R9 CS / R9 GS direct-drive bundles with SR-P Lite pedals, plus a pedals quick-release

    • Immersion: SRS UShake 6 tactile cushion, SRS Hurricane wind package, Buttkicker mount
    • Practicality: monitor mount, floor mat with DOF shield, protective covers, transport wheels, cable extensions
    • Console: the MagicBox adapter bridges motion for PlayStation and Xbox titles that don’t send telemetry natively

    Shipping & delivery

Your rig is built to order and ships insured from our European manufacturing partner, door to door with tracking. The current lead time is in the Shipping and Returns tab. It arrives disassembled in two boxes (commercial-grade steel, so it is heavy by design = rigid and durable) and bolts together with the included tools; then you install SimRacingStudio and connect by USB. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price — in line with the manufacturer’s policy. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

    Warranty, support & financing

Every platform includes a full 1-year manufacturer warranty, with an optional Extended +1 Year. As an authorized DOF Reality dealer based in the USA, we back every order with free pre-sale consultation and hands-on setup help — and you can split the cost with Shop Pay, Affirm, or Klarna at checkout. Frequently asked questions

What makes the H6 different from the rest of the Hero line?

It is the only Hero platform with all six axes — pitch, roll, yaw, heave, surge and sway. The H2, H3 and H4 deliver the same smooth full-platform motion on fewer axes; the H6 gives you the complete set of cues at once, which is why it sits at the top of the line.

Does the whole rig move, or just the seat?

The whole rig. Your seat, wheel, pedals and shifter are all mounted to the platform and move together as one unit. That is what makes the feedback through your hands and your body agree with each other, which is the heart of believable motion.

Is the H6 a true racing simulator platform?

Yes. With yaw for rear-end rotation, surge and pitch for braking and acceleration, and roll and sway for cornering load, the H6 reproduces the full range of forces a racing lap puts through you — from threshold braking into a hairpin to catching a slide on corner exit.

Should I get the H6 or step up to the Pro P6e?

Both have six axes. The H6 is the refined, smooth-motor Hero platform built for serious home use. The P6e ($9,999) is the commercial-grade Pro version — roughly 50% faster and stronger, built for the most aggressive feedback and heavy duty cycles. If you want the complete six-axis experience without stepping into Pro pricing, the H6 is the answer.

Will it work with my VR headset?

Most likely yes. The H6 supports VR through OpenVR Motion Compensation, which keeps your in-headset view stable while the platform moves. Confirmed headsets include the Valve Index, Quest and Quest 2, Reverb G2, Vive and Pimax, among others.
