The part you sit in. It bolts to the seat rails on the frame, and on most rigs the position slides back and forth to suit your height.

Holds the screen at racing distance. A cockpit-mounted arm bolts to the rig so the screen and the seat move together. A freestanding stand sits on the floor by itself and carries heavier or triple-screen setups.

The controls themselves. The wheelbase bolts to the deck at the front of the rig, the pedals to the pedal plate down below.

Physical feedback. Shakers bolt to the seat or the frame and vibrate with the road surface, the kerbs and the engine, so you feel the car as well as see it.

Six axes of full-platform motion — Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Heave, Surge and Sway — with a buttery-smooth SFU gearbox that does justice to racing, flight and helicopter sims on a single rig. This is the top of the Hero line.
The DOF Reality H6r is the most complete platform DOF Reality builds in its Hero series: full six-axis motion where your seat, wheel, pedals, stick and throttle all move together as one solid platform. You don't watch the world tilt on a screen — you feel your whole rig load up through a corner, drop into turbulence, and settle as the helicopter comes into a hover.
What makes the "r" variant special is the SFU gearbox. It's tuned for slow, precise, low-creep movement, which is exactly what flight and helicopter sims demand — the gentle bank of a long approach, the fine cyclic inputs that keep a hover steady. That same refinement carries straight into racing, so one machine handles all three disciplines without compromise.
At $7,599 on commercial-grade steel, the H6r is a serious, long-haul piece of hardware. We recommend it to people who want the full motion vocabulary in one rig and don't want to choose between their sims.
Not included (buy separately): a seat, your wheel, pedals or flight controls, and a VR headset (optional).

This is a full-platform rig: the seat and all your controls move together, so your hands and feet stay locked to the cockpit exactly as they would in the real thing.
The H6r is for the multi-sim enthusiast who refuses to pick a lane — the driver who also flies, the pilot who also races, the person who wants one premium platform that does all of it convincingly. The smooth SFU gearbox makes it especially well suited to anyone whose flight and helicopter time matters as much as their lap times.
The H6r is built to switch freely between all three sim worlds — that's the whole point of the Universal setup.
Platforms: PC (Windows) is fully supported across every title. Console (PlayStation/Xbox) works for the select games that send telemetry over the network, and the MagicBox adapter bridges motion for others. VR is supported through OpenVR Motion Compensation, including Valve Index, Quest and Quest 2, Reverb G2, Vive, Pimax and more — so the platform moves with you instead of fighting your headset.
Because the H6r is a full platform that moves your seat and all your controls together, plan your space around its footprint. For full game and hardware compatibility details, see our DOF support page.

This is the top of the Hero line: full six axes, already maxed out. Every DOF Reality platform is modular — see how the upgrade paths work on our Options & Upgrades page.
Your rig is built to order and ships insured from our European manufacturing partner, door to door with tracking. The current lead time is in the Shipping and Returns tab. It arrives disassembled in two boxes (commercial-grade steel, so it is heavy by design = rigid and durable) and bolts together with the included tools; then you install SimRacingStudio and connect by USB. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price — in line with the manufacturer’s policy. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Every platform includes a full 1-year manufacturer warranty, with an optional Extended +1 Year. As an authorized DOF Reality dealer based in the USA, we back every order with free pre-sale consultation and hands-on setup help — and you can split the cost with Shop Pay, Affirm, or Klarna at checkout. The "r" variant uses the extra-smooth SFU gearbox, tuned for the slow, precise movements that flight and helicopter sims depend on. You still get the full six axes — the gearbox just delivers them with finer, lower-creep control, which is why it's our pick for Universal use that includes serious flight time.
Yes — that's exactly what it's designed for. The same six-axis platform that loads up through a racing corner also banks for a flight approach and holds a steady helicopter hover. One machine, three disciplines, no swapping hardware.
They do. The H6r is a full-platform design, so your seat, wheel, pedals and flight controls all move together as one. Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Heave, Surge and Sway combine into motion you feel through the entire rig, not just the seat.
It is. The H6r maxes out the Hero series with all six axes and the smooth SFU gearbox — there's nothing above it within Hero. If you want more raw speed and strength, that's the Pro line (the P6e), which is a different, faster, commercial-grade tier.
Yes. The H6r supports VR through OpenVR Motion Compensation, so the headset image stays locked to your point of view while the platform moves underneath you. Valve Index, Quest and Quest 2, Reverb G2, Vive and Pimax are all supported, among others.
