Parts made for the DOF Reality line. Tick what you want and it ships on the same order. Hover a part to see what it does.
The part you sit in. It bolts to the seat rails on the frame, and on most rigs the position slides back and forth to suit your height.

Holds the screen at racing distance. A cockpit-mounted arm bolts to the rig so the screen and the seat move together. A freestanding stand sits on the floor by itself and carries heavier or triple-screen setups.

The controls themselves. The wheelbase bolts to the deck at the front of the rig, the pedals to the pedal plate down below.

Physical feedback. Shakers bolt to the seat or the frame and vibrate with the road surface, the kerbs and the engine, so you feel the car as well as see it.

The flagship. Full six-axis motion — pitch, roll, yaw, heave, surge and sway — on a commercial-grade steel platform that moves your seat, collective and cyclic as one. This is the most complete helicopter motion experience DOF Reality builds.
The DOF Reality P6e is the top of the entire DOF Reality range, and for helicopter pilots it is the closest thing to strapping into the real airframe. All six degrees of freedom are driven at once, so the platform reproduces the full character of rotary flight — the nose-low push into a hover taxi, the torque-induced yaw when you pull pitch, the lateral drift you fight with pedals, and the heave through translational lift as the aircraft transitions from hover to forward flight.
Because this is a full-platform rig, your seat and every control move together. Your hands stay locked to the collective and cyclic while the airframe articulates around you, which is exactly how cueing works in a real helicopter. Settling-with-power, vortex ring state, an autorotation flare — you feel them building through the seat instead of reading them off a gauge, and that earlier feedback is what makes precision hover work and confined-area approaches click.
At $9,999 the P6e is a serious commitment, but it is commercial-grade hardware: heavier steel, faster and stronger actuation, and the headroom to run hard for hours without backing off. For the pilot who wants the complete picture with nothing held back, this is the platform.
Not included (buy separately): a seat, your collective, cyclic and anti-torque pedals, and a VR headset (optional).

This is a full-platform rig: the seat and all your controls move together, so your hands and feet stay locked to the cockpit exactly as they would in the real thing.
The P6e is for the dedicated rotary-wing pilot who wants every cue the simulation can send — serious DCS World helicopter study-sim flyers, MSFS and X-Plane helo enthusiasts who treat the hover as a craft, and anyone building a no-compromise rotary cockpit.
The P6e is built for the leading helicopter titles and the controls a serious rotary pilot runs:
Platforms: PC (Windows) is fully supported across every title above. Console (PlayStation/Xbox) works for the select games that send telemetry over the network, and the MagicBox adapter bridges motion for others. VR is supported through OpenVR Motion Compensation, so your view stays locked to the cockpit while the platform moves — Valve Index, Quest/Quest 2, Reverb G2, Vive, Pimax and more.
As a full-platform rig the P6e carries your seat, collective, cyclic and pedals as one assembly, so your control mounts move with you. See our DOF support page for setup and compatibility details.

The flagship: full six-axis, commercial-grade — nothing above it. Every DOF Reality platform is modular — see how the upgrade paths work on our Options & Upgrades page.
Your rig is built to order and ships insured from our European manufacturing partner, door to door with tracking. The current lead time is in the Shipping and Returns tab. It arrives disassembled in two boxes (commercial-grade steel, so it is heavy by design = rigid and durable) and bolts together with the included tools; then you install SimRacingStudio and connect by USB. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price — in line with the manufacturer’s policy. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Every platform includes a full 1-year manufacturer warranty, with an optional Extended +1 Year. As an authorized DOF Reality dealer based in the USA, we back every order with free pre-sale consultation and hands-on setup help — and you can split the cost with Shop Pay, Affirm, or Klarna at checkout. Rotary flight loads every axis at once. You need yaw to feel torque effect and pedal-turn authority, heave to feel translational lift and settling, and surge and sway to feel the drift you correct in a hover — on top of pitch and roll. The P6e drives all six together, so the cues arrive the way they do in a real cockpit instead of being flattened into fewer directions.
Precision hover is exactly where the P6e earns its keep. The lateral sway and vertical heave give you the early drift and settling cues that let you make tiny corrections before the aircraft gets away from you, and full yaw reproduces the torque pull when you change pitch. If hover craft is your focus, the extra axes are the point, not the excess.
Yes. The P6e is a full-platform design — your seat and all your controls move as one. Your hands stay referenced to the collective and cyclic throughout, which is how a real helicopter cues you and a big reason the motion feels authoritative rather than disorienting.
Yes. With OpenVR Motion Compensation the headset view stays anchored to the moving cockpit, so the platform’s motion and your visuals agree. It is supported on Valve Index, Quest and Quest 2, Reverb G2, Vive, Pimax and more — an excellent match for the immersion a six-axis helo rig delivers.
No. The P6e is the flagship: full six-axis motion on commercial-grade steel, with the fastest and strongest actuation DOF Reality offers. Nothing sits above it.
