About this product
When you are running a 6DOF rig, you want one button that ends everything the instant you need it to. The DOF Reality eBrake Stop Button is that button: pre-wired for 6-axis DOF Reality platforms and built to be the single, no-second-guessing safety cut-off for your motion setup.
What it does
This is an emergency-stop button wired specifically for 6DOF DOF Reality platforms. One press instantly halts all six axes at once, bringing the entire rig to a stop without you having to reach for software, a keyboard, or a power switch.
- Instant full stop: a single press cuts motion across all six axes immediately.
- Hardware-level safety: it gives you a dedicated, physical cut-off you can find by feel, even mid-session.
- The recommended cut-off: this is the safety stop we recommend for any 6-axis rig, whether you are racing hard, dialing in settings, or letting a new driver behind the wheel.
Fits / compatibility
This eBrake Stop Button is the 6DOF (S6) version, wired for 6-axis DOF Reality platforms. If your motion rig drives all six axes, this is the matching emergency-stop for your build. If you are running a different axis count, or you are not sure which DOF Reality platform you own, reach out before you order so we can confirm the right version for your setup.
Why add it
A 6-axis rig moves fast and moves with force. Having a purpose-built stop button within arm’s reach means anyone can shut the platform down in a heartbeat. It is a small add-on that makes every session safer for you and anyone watching or waiting their turn.
