Every order ships factory-direct from the manufacturer via insured air freight (FedEx or DHL). Estimated delivery for this product: see our Shipping Policy for current lead times. Shipping shown at checkout reflects the actual factory-to-door freight for your items — no markup.
We currently ship to US addresses at launch. Outside the US? Contact us for a freight quote — we're happy to arrange international delivery case by case.
Import Duties & Tariffs
Because orders ship internationally from the manufacturer, import duties/tariffs (typically $214–$500 on motion platforms, less on accessories) are billed separately by the carrier at delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
