ES1 Hypercool

The Next Level Racing® Elite ES1 HYPERCOOL Ventilated Sim Racing Seat is a bucket seat with built-in active cooling. It keeps sim racers cool through long races. It builds on the proven ES1 Seat, which Next Level Racing says thousands of sim racers worldwide trust for comfort and race seat ergonomics. This version adds an integrated dual fan cooling system.

The aim is simple: race longer and stay cooler. Two centrifugal fan motors push air through breathable SIMAERO Mesh fabric toward the zones where heat builds most. The airflow design follows fluid-mechanics principles, so comfort and performance hold up over time. Next Level Racing stresses that this is precise thermal management designed in from the start, not a retrofit.

The fans sit inside a rotationally molded LLDPE shell. It is made to handle load cell braking, carry up to 250 kg (551 lbs) and last for the long term. A metal-finished potentiometer lets you set fan speed anywhere across its range. The seat works in GT, Hybrid and Formula positions and fits the full Next Level Racing® lineup as well as most third-party cockpits.

Cooling that is part of the design

The goal is that hour four of a race feels like hour one. Next Level Racing chose two centrifugal fan motors over conventional axial fans because they move air more efficiently. They send a steady, high-speed stream through the SIMAERO Mesh to cool you where temperatures climb most. A metal-finished potentiometer knob adjusts fan speed in real time, so you can change it without losing concentration.

A real sim seat, not a gaming chair

This is not a gaming chair with vent holes cut into it. It is a sim racing seat engineered for cockpit-based simulation.

• Rigid shell: the rotationally molded LLDPE shell gives the stiffness needed for precise load cell inputs and aggressive braking, without the flex you get from generic seats.
• Breathing surface: PU molded foam and SIMAERO Mesh fabric let air pass through, working together with the fans.
• Mounting inserts: brass over-molded inserts can carry a Buttkicker, a seat belt or seat sliders.
• Capacity: supports a waist of up to 42″ and up to 250 kg (551 lbs).

GT and Formula ready

The seat gives you options. GT seating works straight away: bolt it in, set it up and drive. Fit the Next Level Racing® Universal Seat Brackets, sold separately, to open up Hybrid and Formula positions for open-wheel builds. With side seat brackets, it works with every model in the Next Level Racing® Elite Cockpit range. It also fits most third-party cockpits*. That covers a first serious rig as well as an upgrade to the one you already own.
