Flight Seat Pro

The Next Level Racing Flight Seat Pro is a flight sim seat for all kinds of aviation users, from casual gamers to professional pilots. It combines a wide, stable frame with a center HOTAS mounting pole. It handles general aviation, commercial, space, military and helicopter setups.

Why it works

The center HOTAS pole adjusts in height and angle and fits sticks from major brands, including Thrustmaster, VIRPIL and WINWING. A set of flight plates accepts a wide range of the throttles and HOTAS peripherals on the market. For long flights, a safety footstep, lumbar cushion and seat harness add comfort and realism.

Lockable castor wheels let you roll the seat to different locations. You can also set it in front of your desk and fly from there.

Add the Flight Stand Pro, sold separately, and Next Level Racing says you get the most versatile flight cockpit on the market. That combined cockpit also works with the Motion Plus Platform and Motion Platform V3. The Flight Stand Pro must be attached before the seat can be used with motion.

Set it up your way

The ergonomic seat has a military stick cut-out, so helicopter and space layouts are easy to accommodate. The flight plate arm adjusts across a wide range, which makes positioning your electronics quick and easy. The HOTAS mounting pole also supports extended HOTAS sticks, so all major brands fit.

In space sims, you can fly with your joysticks in the right positions, then switch to a controller to roam around the game.

Adjustment ranges

The center HOTAS pole gives you 80mm of height adjustment and a 74-degree angle bracket range. That covers a wide spread of stick positions and preferences.

The flight plate arms move up and down and side to side. They attach to the top or the bottom of the frame. Use the top position for general flight peripherals and the bottom position for helicopter controls.

Seat Pro plus Stand Pro

Adding the Flight Stand Pro turns the seat into a complete cockpit with even more configurations, and the two pieces integrate cleanly. The pair works with the Next Level Racing Motion Plus Platform and Motion Platform for motion. Supported configurations cover General Aviation, Commercial, Space, Military and helicopter flying.

• Commercial: attach a wide range of yokes, rudders and throttles directly to the cockpit.
• Military: the seat's cut-out lets you fix the HOTAS center stick to the middle plate for a true-to-life combat setup.
• General aviation: several adaptor plates let different brands of electronics mount directly to the cockpit.
• Space: the included Keyboard and Mouse tray holds two joysticks and keeps your keyboard and mouse within reach for fast reactions.

Comfort for long flights

The seat uses high-density foam covered in a mix of PU leather and suede, chosen for breathability and a long life. A double recliner design adds strength and lets you fine-tune the backrest angle. Next Level Racing also points to enhanced lumbar support and cold-molded foam, all aimed at extended sessions.

The seat is positioned higher to make room for flight rudders. Its cut-out places the joystick between your legs for combat or helicopter flight.
