For the operator

Why rooms run on the iMotion.

01

The whole simulator moves

An actuator at each corner, close to the centre of mass, which VRX says gives the best range of motion of the D-BOX chassis designs.

02

Quick in, quick out

Open-sided, step in from either side, no bars to climb over. Quicker turnaround means more sessions per hour.

03

Built for a crowd

Wide Sparco seats in hard-wearing vinyl, an aluminum chassis that moves when the floor plan changes.

04

It looks like a race car

Flat surfaces take a wrap. A small footprint puts more stations in the same space.

The site plan

What we collect before VRX quotes the room.

Send the basics with your brief and the proposal comes back with the equipment, the licensing and the on-site work written out.

  • Floor area and ceiling heightStation footprint, spectator space, entry and exit paths.
  • PowerUp to about 15 A at 120 V per iMotion station at peak, and 8.5 A for the attendant station; VRX confirms the circuits for your site in the quote.
  • Wired networkFor the RaceRoom server, the attendant tablet and leaderboards.
  • Attendant positionWhere the session controls live.
  • Software choiceiRacing (renewed yearly after the first year) or Assetto Corsa lifetime with yearly venue management. Every station, spectator screen and admin station needs its own license; the first year is included with the room.
  • Branding and opening dateWrap and backdrop artwork; lead time and installation are scheduled from the date.
A scenario, not a forecast

Make the numbers earn their place.

Replace the example inputs with your own prices, hours and costs. This is arithmetic, not evidence of bookings or profit.

Monthly sales in this scenario
Remainder after entered costs
Equipment recovery at this rate

Monthly sales = price × sessions × days × 52/12 × stations. Remainder subtracts monthly and variable costs. Recovery = equipment cost ÷ positive remainder.
