The P6e is the top of the DOF Reality range, and it earns that spot the hard way: with all six degrees of freedom working together. Pitch and roll plant you in the corners, heave and surge load you under braking and acceleration, and yaw plus sway let the rear actually step out and catch — so a tank-slapper at the exit of a fast corner feels like a tank-slapper, not a polite suggestion.

Because this is a full-platform Pro rig, your seat, wheel and pedals all move as one rigid assembly. Your hands and feet never lose their relationship to the seat, so the motion reads as real force through your body instead of a screen effect. The Pro actuators run roughly 50% faster and stronger than the Hero line, with commercial-grade steel underneath, so transitions snap instead of smear — exactly what you want when you're catching a slide or trail-braking into a hairpin.

How it moves

This is a full-platform rig: the seat and all your controls move together, so your hands and feet stay locked to the cockpit exactly as they would in the real thing.

• Pitch — tilts you forward and back so you feel acceleration and braking.
• Roll — tilts side to side so you feel the lean of every corner.
• Yaw — rotates the platform to reproduce rear traction loss — oversteer, drift and coordinated turns.
• Heave — drives the whole platform vertically for curbs, kerbs, bumps and (in the air) runway texture and turbulence.
• Surge — slides you forward and back under hard acceleration and braking.

Shipping & delivery

Your rig is built to order and ships insured from our European manufacturing partner, door to door with tracking. The current lead time is in the Shipping and Returns tab. It arrives disassembled in two boxes (commercial-grade steel, so it is heavy by design = rigid and durable) and bolts together with the included tools; then you install SimRacingStudio and connect by USB. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price — in line with the manufacturer’s policy. Frequently asked questions

What does the sixth axis add for racing?

The P6e gives you all six degrees of freedom: pitch, roll, yaw, heave, surge and sway. Over a 4-axis rig, yaw and sway are what let the car rotate and slide laterally — you feel the rear step out and you feel exactly how much, which is the cue you need to catch a slide. For drifting, rally and limit-handling, those two axes change the game.

Is the P6e overkill, or should I look at the P4e?

If you mainly want braking, acceleration and cornering load, the P4e at $7,999 covers it beautifully. Choose the P6e when you specifically want yaw and sway — rotation and lateral slide — and want the most complete motion DOF Reality builds. It's the flagship, with nothing above it.

How is the Pro platform different from the Hero line?

Pro actuators run roughly 50% faster and stronger than the Hero motors and sit on commercial-grade steel. For racing, that speed is what makes quick transitions — a curb strike, a snap of oversteer — land crisp instead of soft. It's also why the P6e holds up under the heavy use of a commercial or esports setting.

Does the whole rig move, or just the seat?

The whole platform moves as one. Your seat, wheel and pedals travel together, so your hands stay locked to the wheel and your feet to the pedals through every motion. That's what makes the forces read as real driving rather than a screen effect.

Can I run the P6e in VR?

Yes. With OpenVR Motion Compensation enabled, the rig's physical movement is subtracted from your headset's tracking, so the in-game world stays rock-steady while you get the full six axes of motion. It's supported on Valve Index, Quest/Quest 2, Reverb G2, Vive, Pimax and more.
