DOF Reality H3 3-Axis Motion Platform
Overview
The DOF Reality H3 adds a third axis where it matters most for sim racing: Yaw with rear traction loss. Pitch and roll handle acceleration, braking, and body roll. Yaw simulates the rear of the car stepping out. Drift, oversteer, understeer, and direction-change recovery all become physical sensations rather than visual cues alone.
Built since 2014 by DOF Reality in Ukraine with commercial-grade European steel and integrated power drive motors with the Smooth Force Unit (SFU) gearing. The full platform moves as one piece, so feedback transfers through your body the way it would in a real car.
Footprint at 100 x 150 cm matches the H4 (3-axis with Heave). The H3 is the standard mid-tier choice for sim racers who want yaw without committing to the cost of Heave (H4) or full 6-axis (H6).

Compatibility
Platforms: PC native via USB. Console motion (PlayStation, Xbox) requires the MagicBox accessory (sold separately) for select titles. VR-ready.

- Sim racing: iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Automobilista 1 and 2, F1 22 through 25, Forza Horizon 4 and 5, Forza Motorsport, Gran Turismo 7 and Sport, Project CARS series, Wreckfest, BeamNG.drive, rFactor 2, GRID series.
- Rally and drift: Dirt Rally 2.0, EA Sports WRC 24, Assetto Corsa Rally. The H3's yaw axis is particularly suited to drift and rally simulation.
- Flight (same hardware, different SimRacingStudio profile): Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, DCS, X-Plane 12.
Wheels and pedals: works with all major direct drive wheelbases from major DD wheelbase manufacturers. Standard mounting plates accept 80/20 rig hardware.

DOF Reality consolidates orders into a batch every 2 weeks. Total delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks from order placement to your door, via FedEx (North America) or DHL (rest of world). Two-box shipment: Box 1 is 33 kg / 94 x 38 x 28 cm, Box 2 is 38 kg / 80 x 60 x 25 cm.
Customer pays import duties on delivery. Duty varies by destination; typical US deliveries see import duties billed by the carrier (FedEx in North America, DHL elsewhere) on delivery. Sim Drive does not collect this — it is a separate transaction with the carrier.
Warranty and support. Full 1-year manufacturer warranty included. Sim Drive Performance is your first point of contact for product support and coordinates directly with DOF Reality on warranty claims and escalated technical issues. Extended +1 year warranty available as an upgrade option on request.
