DOF Reality H4 4-Axis Motion Platform with Heave
Overview
The DOF Reality H4 closes a gap that no other home motion platform addresses: real vertical motion. While 3DOF rigs deliver pitch, roll, and yaw, only the H4 adds Heave. That fourth axis turns curbs, kerbs, road texture, and elevation changes into physical sensation rather than sound effects.
Built since 2014 by DOF Reality in Ukraine, the H4 uses commercial-grade European steel and integrated power drive motors with the Smooth Force Unit (SFU) gearing. The full platform moves as one piece. Wheel, pedals, seat, and monitor all travel together, so force feedback transfers through the chassis the way it would in a real car.
The H4 is the hardware step between the H3 (3-axis) and the H6 (6-axis flagship). If you want pitch, roll, yaw, and the visceral hit of vertical force without committing to the larger 6DOF footprint, this is the build.

DOF Reality consolidates orders into a batch every 2 weeks. Total delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks from order placement to your door, via FedEx (North America) or DHL (rest of world). Two-box shipment (verified): Box 1 is 40 kg / 94 x 38 x 28 cm, Box 2 is 60 kg / 80 x 60 x 30 cm.
Customer pays import duties on delivery. Duty varies by destination; typical US deliveries see import duties billed by the carrier (FedEx in North America, DHL elsewhere) on delivery. Sim Drive does not collect this — it is a separate transaction with the carrier.
Warranty and support. Full 1-year manufacturer warranty included. Sim Drive Performance is your first point of contact for product support and coordinates directly with DOF Reality on warranty claims and escalated technical issues. Extended +1 year warranty available as an upgrade option on request.
