The DOF Reality P2e is the entry point to the Pro line, and it earns the name. This is a full-platform motion system: your seat and all your controls ride on the same frame, so when the rig pitches forward under braking or rolls into a long sweeper, your hands, body and inner ear all get the same message at the same time. That's the difference between a gimmick and a tool you actually drive faster with.

For racing, two axes is the sweet spot for a lot of drivers. Pitch gives you the weight transfer that matters most — that forward dive into a heavy braking zone, the squat under hard acceleration out of a corner — while roll loads you into the seat through banking and cornering G. With 20° of travel, 75 cm/s of speed and 0.75G of transverse acceleration on tap, the P2e hits hard and recovers fast enough to keep up with a fast lap. The Pro-grade motors and steel mean it does it consistently, session after session, without softening up.

How it moves

This is a full-platform rig: the seat and all your controls move together, so your hands and feet stay locked to the cockpit exactly as they would in the real thing.

The P2e reads motion telemetry from your sim and drives the platform in real time, so the support list is deep. On PC (Windows) you get full support across 60+ racing titles, including iRacing; Assetto Corsa, Competizione & EVO; Automobilista 1 & 2; Le Mans Ultimate; rFactor 2; Project CARS 1/2/3; F1 22–25; Forza Motorsport and Horizon 4/5; BeamNG.drive; RaceRoom; Dirt Rally 2.0; EA Sports WRC; GRID; Wreckfest and Gran Turismo 7 & Sport.

• Console: PlayStation and Xbox work for the select games that send telemetry over the network, and the MagicBox adapter bridges motion for many others.

Shipping & delivery

Your rig is built to order and ships insured from our European manufacturing partner, door to door with tracking. The current lead time is in the Shipping and Returns tab. It arrives disassembled in two boxes (commercial-grade steel, so it is heavy by design = rigid and durable) and bolts together with the included tools; then you install SimRacingStudio and connect by USB. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price — in line with the manufacturer’s policy. Frequently asked questions

Is two-axis motion enough for sim racing?

For most drivers, yes — pitch and roll cover the two cues that matter most on a road course: longitudinal weight transfer under braking and acceleration, and lateral load through cornering. The P2e delivers both with real authority. If you specifically want the car to rotate and step out under you, that's yaw, and you'd look at the P3e or higher.

How is the P2e different from a Hero rig like the H2 or H3?

Both move the full platform — seat and controls together. The Pro line is the harder-edged version: roughly 50% faster, with more torque and a commercial-grade steel build rated for heavy continuous use. The Hero line uses smoother motors and lands at a lower price. If you're chasing the sharpest, most immediate response and long-term durability, that's the Pro line; if you want platform feel for less, look at the Hero rigs.

Can I run my direct-drive wheelbase and load-cell pedals on it?

That's exactly what it's built for. Because the whole platform moves as one unit, your wheel and pedals stay in a fixed relationship to your body no matter how the rig pitches or rolls — no fighting your own setup mid-corner. With a 440 lb / 200 kg user rating, there's plenty of headroom for a serious rig and driver.

Does it work in VR?

Yes. The P2e supports OpenVR Motion Compensation, which keeps your in-headset view anchored to the virtual cockpit as the platform moves — without it, physical motion makes the VR world appear to drift. It's supported across Valve Index, Quest and Quest 2, Reverb G2, Vive, Pimax and more.

Can I upgrade later instead of buying a bigger rig now?

Yes — that's the point of the Pro line. You can add yaw by moving up to the P3e ($1,650 to add the axis), and the platform keeps climbing from there all the way to the six-axis P6e. Start with the motion that fits your driving today and expand when you're ready.
