Overview
The DOF Reality P4e is the Pro tier 4-axis motion platform: pitch, roll, yaw, and heave with the upgraded actuators, faster response, and longer duty cycles built for sim leagues, training centers, and serious home enthusiasts who run multi-hour sessions.
Built since 2014 by DOF Reality in Ukraine with commercial-grade European steel. The Pro tier (P-series) uses the same axis count as the H-series Hero tier but ships with upgraded internals and a step up in build spec. The P4e is the Pro counterpart to the H4 / H4r.

Shipping and Delivery
DOF Reality consolidates orders into a batch every 2 weeks. Total delivery time is 3 to 5 weeks from order placement to your door, via FedEx or DHL. Two-box shipment: Box 1 is 40 kg / 94 x 38 x 28 cm, Box 2 is 60 kg / 80 x 60 x 30 cm.
Customer pays import duties on delivery. Duty varies by destination; typical US deliveries see import duties billed by the carrier (FedEx or DHL) on delivery. Sim Drive does not collect this — it is a separate transaction with the carrier.
Warranty and support. Full 1-year manufacturer warranty included. Sim Drive Performance is your first point of contact for product support and coordinates directly with DOF Reality on warranty claims and escalated technical issues. Extended +1 year warranty available as an upgrade option on request.

Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
