DOF Reality H2r 2-Axis Motion Platform (Flight / Universal)

Overview

The DOF Reality H2r is the flight and universal configuration of the H2 chassis. Same 2-axis motion engine (Pitch and Roll), same commercial-grade European steel, same SimRacingStudio software stack as the H2 racing build, but configured from the factory for flight and combined-use cockpits: HOTAS mount points, repositioned seat rails, and a rig geometry that fits stick-and-throttle setups instead of wheel-and-pedal.

Built since 2014 by DOF Reality in Ukraine. The full platform moves as one piece: stick, throttle, rudder pedals, and seat all travel together. Pitch and roll let you feel pull-ups, steep turns, stalls, and crosswind landings as physical sensations, not just stick force.

Pick the H2r if your primary use is Microsoft Flight Simulator, DCS, X-Plane, or any combat flight or helicopter sim. The +$200 price over the H2 racing config covers the universal rig hardware that ships in this version.

Platforms: PC native via USB. VR-ready (works with the major flight VR headsets via SimRacingStudio profiles).

Flight sim titles supported via SimRacingStudio: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, DCS World, X-Plane 12, IL-2 Sturmovik series, Falcon BMS, War Thunder, Rise of Flight, plus helicopter sims and racing/rally titles via the included full library.

HOTAS and pedals: works with all major HOTAS systems, plus rudder pedals from MFG Crosswind, Thrustmaster TPR, and Logitech. Standard mounting plates accept 80/20 rig hardware.

Shipping and Delivery

DOF Reality consolidates orders into a batch every 2 weeks. Total delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks from order placement to your door, via FedEx (North America) or DHL (rest of world). Two-box shipment: Box 1 is 25 kg / 94 x 38 x 28 cm, Box 2 is 28 kg / 80 x 60 x 25 cm.

Customer pays import duties on delivery. Duty varies by destination; typical US deliveries see import duties billed by the carrier (FedEx in North America, DHL elsewhere) on delivery. Sim Drive does not collect this — it is a separate transaction with the carrier.

Warranty and support. Full 1-year manufacturer warranty included. Sim Drive Performance is your first point of contact for product support and coordinates directly with DOF Reality on warranty claims and escalated technical issues. Extended +1 year warranty available as an upgrade option on request.
